Wallingford Farmer’s Market

June 9, 2009
by

On Wednesday Meg Gilshire, Judith Rickard and I had our first foray into the Wallingford Farmer’s Market. From 3-6 we talked to folks about the Northlake Wharf project. Thanks to suggestion from Jessica Vets (one of our steering committee members who happens to run the Farmer’s Market) and Meg’s hard work we had some coloring sheets for kids. Schooners, a map of Lake Union, and the concept water color for the site will soon adorn refrigerators across the neighborhood.

We’ll be out again in the coming weeks and alternating farmers markets to spread the word without spreading ourselves thin.  Contact us if you want to help out!
